Our offices are open, however by appointment only
Throughout the lockdown period, we appreciate that video conferencing and virtual calls are not always the most appropriate substitute for face to face meetings. Where a face to face meeting is needed, we are now hosting a limited amount of client meetings in our offices. To help keep you and our staff safe here is some guidance that we have created:
Meetings in the office
The majority of our staff continue to work from home, they are unlikely to be in the office or able to accommodate a meeting if you try and drop in. Please book a meeting directly with one of our members of staff.
What to expect when you visit our offices
Please arrive on time for your meeting and please avoid arriving early. This will help avoid too many people inside the offices.
Please knock on the door when you arrive and a staff member will welcome you in. Social distancing guidelines will be followed at all times, which included staying 2 metres apart and not shaking hands.
Once you have entered the office, please sanitise your hands. Your temperature will also be taken and recorded confidentially. A staff member will then take you straight to the meeting room. During the meeting, you and the member of staff are welcome to wear a face covering if you wish.
Once your meeting has finished, where possible we will operate a ‘one way’ system within our offices. If this is not possible, our staff member will ensure the way out is empty and guide you out of the meeting room.
If you have any questions in relation to our guidance, please don’t hesitate to contact us on 01558 650381.
