Agri Advisor Legal LLP is a specialist rural firm of solicitors and advisors.   Agri Advisor offers a range of legal and advisory services dedicated to providing specialist advice to farmers, landowners and rural people.  As agricultural law experts, we offer specific advice to farmers and landowners directly relevant to the issues faced by their businesses.

Agri Advisor was established a decade ago and we have clients across England and Wales with the main office in Pumsaint, Carmarthenshire and other offices located in Welshpool; Groesfaen, Cardiff; Eardisley, Herefordshire and Newcastle Emlyn.  Our clients are varied and diverse reflecting the range of services that we offer to rural people.

We are looking to recruit a 3+ PQE Solicitor (or equivalent) specialising in

Private Client work.

 

Part-time or Full-Time applications welcome.

Main work areas will include:

• Preparation of Wills and Trusts
• Administration of Estates & Trusts
• Probate
• Powers of Attorney
• Succession Planning including advice on capital taxes

The role demands attention to detail and the ability to build strong rapport with the client base. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following:

–          Proven technical knowledge

–          Excellent client care skills

–          Commercial awareness and focus

–          Strong analytical and project management skills

–          Ability to manage a caseload and meet tight deadlines

–          An appetite for learning and developing legal and business skills

 

A background in agriculture is desirable but not essential. The successful applicant(s) can be based at any one of our 5 offices as above.  We have an agile working policy and work remotely where possible utilising our offices as Hubs. Salary – competitive; with consideration given to experience.
