RWAS Rural Leadership Programme – Inspiring the next generation of leaders

We are pleased to announce that Nicola Davies, of our Welshpool office, has been selected to be a part of the Royal Welsh Agricultural Society’s Rural Leadership Programme for 2022-2023.

Nicola is one of 14 successful candidates from all over Wales who will participate in the Leadership Programme which aims to provide an action-packed programme of training, mentoring, support and guidance over three intense residential sessions.

The opportunity to network with high profile individuals within the industry started with a selection / taster day for candidates in May 2022. The programme is aimed at inspiring future leaders in agriculture and is an opportunity to develop leadership skills at such an important time for our sector.
