Llio M Phillips

Llio is based in our Newcastle Emlyn office and joined Agri Advisor in January 2020.

Originally from St Asaph , Denbighshire, Llio gained a LLB Honours Degree from Aberystwyth University in 1989 and has over 30 years’ experience in Civil Litigation and Dispute Resolution work to include land and property disputes, contract and debt disputes. She also has extensive experience in dealing with matters relating to relationship breakdown and family matters to include financial issues, having worked over the years in legal practices in Pembrokeshire and Ceredigion. She also has experience working as an in house lawyer in local government advising various departments on legal matters to include licensing and child and adult social services.

Llio lives on the family farm overlooking the Teifi Estuary with her husband and two sons. She is a fluent Welsh speaker. In her spare time, Llio enjoys spending time with the family and travelling.
