Myria Griffiths
Myria joined Agri Advisor in September 2023, as Senior Associate Solicitor in the Property & Planning Team based in the Pumsaint and Newcastle Emlyn Offices.
Myria has many years’ experience in Rural and Agricultural Property work having previously worked for a Cardiff Firm in their Agriculture and Rural Affairs Team and prior to that with JCP Solicitors in their Rural and Commercial Property Teams. She has a depth of experience in advising on the sale and purchase of farms and rural property, agricultural land and woodland, financing and refinancing of commercial and agricultural property, registration of unregistered land, registering prescriptive rights of way, option and pre-emption agreements, easements and wayleave agreements, leases and licenses, loan agreements and farm business tenancies.
Living on the family farm just outside Carmarthen Myria has a genuine interest in agriculture having studied Agricultural Law at Harper Adams University.
Myria enjoys spending time with her family and helping out on the family farm and also enjoys growing cut flowers. Myria is also a fluent Welsh speaker.
