Rachel Phillips

Rachel joined Agri Advisor in March 2019, as Partner and Head of Property & Planning; based in the Welshpool Office, having previously worked in Cheshire for 13 years. Rachel has specialised in Commercial and Agricultural Property work since qualifying as a Solicitor in 2008. She has extensive experience of dealing with a very broad range of Property matters, including sales and purchases of farms/farmland; complex first registrations of Title; Leases of business premises generally; Agricultural Tenancies; Option Agreements and the development of land for commercial and/or residential purposes.

She became a Fellow of the Agricultural Law Association in 2016, furthering her specialised knowledge of Agricultural law generally.

Rachel lives in North Wales and spends most of her spare time behind a piano, as Accompanist and Deputy Musical Director for the Rhos Orpheus Male Choir.
