Sharon Morgan

Sharon is originally from the Gwendraeth Valley and has lived on a farm near Llandeilo with her husband Richard for over 30 years. They have three grown up children. Sharon has a degree in Libarianship and Education from Aberystwyth University and has worked in customer care for a number of years.

Sharon’s role includes administration work, customer care and providing support for the team as a whole.

Sharon is a keen Swans fan and has been a season ticket holder since the 1980s; she watches every game, when she’s not busy on the family farm. A fluent Welsh speaker, Sharon oversees the firm’s bilingual policy.
