Tania Rowlands

Tania is an Associate Solicitor and joined Agri Advisor in January 2024 and heads up our Gaerwen, Anglesey office. She qualified as a Solicitor in 2017 after completing her Undergraduate degree and then the Legal Practice Course in Liverpool.

She has worked in the legal profession for over 10 years and has spent her career in Colwyn Bay, Conwy. She specialises in property matters, undertaking residential, commercial, agricultural and development work.

In her time away from the office, Tania is a keen gardener and likes to spend as much time in the greenhouse and garden as she can. She enjoys travelling and finds ticking countries off the list is her favourite thing to do. She also enjoys long walks and keeping fit.

Tania is a fluent Welsh speaker.
